Most recently, he served as Vice President of Partners and Alliances at Augury, where he built strategic ecosystems to help manufacturers accelerate their digital transformation.

Yair brings more than 20 years of experience in varied operations and manufacturing management roles. Before joining Smartech, Yair served as a Detection Plant director at Philips Medical (Philip's leading development center develops technological innovations in digital medicine). He was also Production Manager at Galam, a leading provider of high-quality and specialty ingredients to food and non-food industries worldwide. Yair was Director of Equipment Reliability and Support at Tower Semiconductors (Nasdaq: TSEM), a leading manufacturer of integrated circuits for global semiconductor companies, Yair was also Director of Operations at Fibernet, a developer and manufacturer of fiber optics solutions.
Yair holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Haifa University, Israel.

Brian spent 21 years in nuclear engineering and operations in U.S. Navy before beginning his wood products journey at Roseburg Forest Products, where he led maintenance and reliability programs. He later led solution development and delivery at Augury and, most recently, served as Chief Revenue Officer at Nanoprecise.
Brian holds a BSc in Professional Services in Business and Management and an MBA from Excelsior University.

Before joining Smartech, Ira served as R&D Engineer at HBO, Israel's biggest wax manufacturer. She held leadership positions in the chemical industry laboratories , including Haifa Chemicals and Gadot Biochemical Industries(TASE:GDBC).
Ira holds a B.Tech degree in Biotechnology and an MSc in Analytical Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
