We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate global, cross-functional initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment. You will be responsible for driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires close collaboration with Product, Development, QA, Delivery, Sales, and Support teams to guarantee smooth execution and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, proven experience managing complex projects across time zones, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
- Lead project send-to-end: from requirements gathering through development, testing, and delivery.
- Coordinate and align global cross-functional teams.
- Manage project schedules, priorities, risks, and progress tracking.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Administer and configure Jira, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide clear and consistent project status updates to executives and stakeholders.
- Handle issue escalation, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in a global software/tech company.
- Proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira administration (setup, workflows, dashboards).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle: requirements → development → QA →delivery → support.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (delivery, onboarding, or support).
- Technical background in software engineering or QA.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with managing multiple projects in enterprise-level environments.
